Why...Hello there!  I'm Tanya...

just a small town Wisconsin photographer fueled by strong coffee, good music, all things VW's, ballet, photography, woodworking & my amazing family.

Photography has never really been a job to me...it's a  passion.  On this same note; however; it does take me on roller coaster ventures as to finding a balance between the two. I truly love more than anything (ok, besides my wonderful husband & children...oh, and my amazing dogs, Bella & Mili) creating art.  Art in every form...photography, dance, music, woodworking, etc...which is why, on some level, those who have followed the last 16 years with me in my photography business, may have seen so many different sides of me!  I am a photographer, a dance instructor, a woodworker, a flea market flipper and one of my utmost favorite's...a very happy wife and mother of 3 beautiful children & 2 fur babies.  It has been a crazy ride to say the least...

I am absolutely obsessed with photography.  I love capturing moments in lives that can be cherished for a lifetime.  As cheesy as that sounds...it is the honest truth.  I give my all & then some to every single session I shoot & love working with people to make sure that the realism & individuality of every single client shows through in the finished images.  On the same note...I also love pushing the artistic boundaries (as again...those who know me best...know all too well!)  I am a huge fan of originality, creative inspiration & uniqueness...
